Jim Larimore, a founding member of our Firm, was recognized by the Oklahoma Bar Association for his 50-year anniversary of being a lawyer!
Through Jim’s distinguished career, he has been recognized as a highly regarded corporate and real estate lawyer, including corporate and real estate transactions and complex commercial litigation. Jim has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America since 2010, and has been honored several times as “Lawyer of the Year” for the Oklahoma City metropolitan area (they only award that to one lawyer per year in that each area for the metropolitan area) for Construction Law (2011 and 2019); Bet-Company Litigation (2023). For 2025, he has been recognized for his work in Bet-the-Company Litigation, Commercial Litigation and Construction Law. He has been recognized as an Oklahoma Super Lawyer each year since the publication’s inception in 2006.
Jim has served as a member of the Board of Directors for several organizations, including both the Oklahoma County Bar Association and Oklahoma Lawyers for Children. Most important for us, we recognize Jim not only as a co-founder of the Firm, but as the Firms’ Managing Partner for its first 30 years, as a leader, mentor and role model for all of us.
