We are excited for our own Gerald “Jerry” Durbin, II as he is set to attend the spring meeting of the American College of Trial Lawyers this week.
Jerry is an elected fellow and active member of the College, which is an invitation-only fellowship comprised of exceptional, diverse trial lawyers from both the United States and Canada.
The College thoroughly investigates each of their nominees before electing them, seeking lawyers who “have demonstrated the highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism and collegiality,” according to their mission statement.
The ACTL holds meetings throughout the year in their continued efforts to improve the practice, professionalism and overall administration of justice throughout the country.
Jerry has been a member since he was nominated and elected in 2010, making this his ninth year in the College.
