E. Edd Pritchett, Jr.

Overview

E. Edd Pritchett, Jr. entered the practice of law in 1995. His areas of concentration include Civil Litigation, Oil and Gas Litigation, Products Liability, Eminent Domain, Personal Injury, and Class Action Litigation. He has been admitted to practice in Oklahoma and the Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma.

Edd is a current member of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Inn of Court, the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Oklahoma County Bar Association. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Oklahoma County Bar Association and as Chairman of the New Member Orientation Committee of the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Oklahoma Bar Association. In 2021, Edd was named a member of the selective Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel, an organization dedicated to promoting the knowledge, fellowship and professionalism of its civil defense and corporate attorney members.

Edd distinguished himself in law school, named to the Dean’s honor roll (every semester), a member of Phi Delta Phi, graduating Order of the Coif, and winning the American Jurisprudence awards for Constitutional Law, Wills and Trusts, Intellectual Property, and Corporations. He was also highlighted in Who’s Who: American Law Students, Edition 15. In 2008, he was selected as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine. This honor is reserved for the top 2.5% of all lawyers in the state under the age of 40. Of personal note, Mr. Pritchett is a PADI certified Divemaster and was the President of the Oklahoma State University Lacrosse Club Team.
