David B. Donchin is an accomplished trial attorney with a proven record of success in both the courtroom and the boardroom. David represents a diverse group of individuals and businesses in matters related to insurance law, complex litigation, personal injury law, products liability, employment law, environmental law, professional liability, and medical malpractice.
In addition to his legal practice, David serves as an Adjunct Professor for Trial Practice at the University of Oklahoma College of Law and as a member of the faculty of the Southern Region of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. David served as the managing director from 2014 to 2017. He is a frequent lecturer on trial practice and matters involving Insurance Law, Pretrial Litigation, and Trial Techniques. Additionally, David is a successful mediator and arbitrator with Dispute Resolution Consultants since 2019.
In 2009, David was inducted in and remains a fellow with the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers, which is an honor limited to the top 1% of the state’s trial attorneys.
He has been named an Oklahoma “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers©, each year since 2006, earning inclusion on the publication’s “Top 50” list from 2010-2017 and 2021-2025, and “Top 10” 2014, 2015, 2024, and 2025.
Since 2016, David has been named a “Best Lawyer” by The Best Lawyers in America©, with recognition in the practice areas of Insurance Law, Litigation-Insurance, Personal Injury Litigation-Defendants and Personal Injury Litigation-Plaintiff.
