Overview

Clay T. Raun is a versatile attorney helping clients solve their most complex and challenging legal problems. Clay’s practice encompasses a variety of areas, with a primary focus in civil litigation, personal injury, insurance law, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, employment law, business/commercial law, premises liability, class action litigation, probate, professional malpractice, and cases involving catastrophic injuries or death.

Clay grew up in Lake Jackson, Texas, with deep family roots across Oklahoma. He graduated from the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University with a degree in Business Management. After graduating from OSU, Clay spent six years working for the Pawnee Nation’s Tribal Development Corporation where he specialized in Human Resources. He eventually served as their interim Chief Executive Officer and resigned from this position the day before law school orientation. Clay is proud of his Native American heritage and is a member of the Choctaw Nation.

Clay earned his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law, graduating as the class President. While in law school, he was a member of Phi Delta Phi, a Legal Honor Society, and listed on the Dean’s Honor Roll. Clay began interning for Durbin Larimore Bialick after his 1L year and joined the firm as an associate upon law school graduation and admission to the bar.
