Brett H. Burch

Overview

Brett Burch joined Durbin Larimore Bialick in March of 2024. He attended the University of Oklahoma and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History in 2012. Brett attended Oklahoma City University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2015. While attending Oklahoma City University School of Law he served as Class President all three years and as Student Bar Association Vice-President. Brett was awarded with the Dean’s Service Award in 2015.

Brett’s practice is currently focused on Civil Litigation as he represents a plethora of insurance providers and third-party administrators, while also litigating on behalf of numerous individual and organizations. His versatile legal background and civil litigation experience has allowed him to serve Oklahomans all over the State. Prior to joining Durbin Larimore Bialick, Mr. Burch practiced a wide range of general civil litigation matters, including business litigation, personal injury, workers compensation, negligence, bad faith insurance, and oil and gas law.

Outside the office Brett enjoys spending time with his wife Morgan and their two children Graham and Yevonne. He also enjoys attending Oklahoma Sooners sporting events, OKC Thunder basketball games, and playing golf.
