Andrew M. Gunn

Overview

Andy M. Gunn is a born and bred Oklahoman, raised in Norman. He joined Durbin Larimore Bialick in 2008 and has devoted almost 15 years of practice exclusively to civil litigation. The majority of Andy’s practice involves the defense of insurers and their insureds in a variety of litigated matters including Trucking Litigation, Insurance Bad Faith, Insurance Coverage, Automobile Liability, Uninsured Motorist, Premise Liability, Construction Defect, Personal Injury, Breach of Contract and cases involving catastrophic injury or death.

Andy has tried over a dozen cases and proudly represents individuals and corporations alike — aggressively and professionally.

Andy graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1998 with a B.B.A. in International Business and Management Information Systems. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma in 2002 and was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma in 2002 and in Texas in 2004. Andy has also been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine, an honor reserved for only the top 2.5% of lawyers under the age of 40 in the State of Oklahoma and nationwide.

Today, Andy resides in Norman with his wife, Lindsay, his sons, Fuller and Gibson, and his daughter, Spencer. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, golf and coaching soccer.
