Durbin Larimore & Bialick proudly welcomes Stephen R. Palmer to the firm. Stephen is an accomplished litigation attorney with 25+ years’ experience representing both individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts. His practice includes insurance defense, construction defect, automobile and trucking liability defense, premises liability, products liability, as well as business and commercial litigation.
Stephen earned his Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University College of Law in 1996. While attending law school, he was a Moot Court participant and served as an Intern with the Oklahoma Indian Legal Services. Prior to law school, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Psychology from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1993. While at OBU, Stephen was elected Vice-President of the Student Government Association, a member of the Mortar Board Honor Society, and a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society.
Stephen is admitted to practice Oklahoma, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He maintains a “Preeminent AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell for the highest level of professional excellence and ethics.
Stephen resides in Bethany with his wife, Angela, their youngest daughter, Kennedy, and two dogs, Bear and Wrigley. He previously served on the Bethany City Council for eight years and remains active in his community.
